**Status:** Fixed since April 2026

**How to recognise it**
You signed in through a branded portal. The dashboard did not show the views expected for that portal. Dashboard views created at organisation level were visible to some users but not others. Some users saw no views or no tradeflows. Some saw an empty client dashboard even when shipments existed, or no containers listed.

**Which shipments this affects**
Dashboard views for users who signed in through a branded portal. The views expected for that portal were not applied.

**What changed**
Branded portal sign-in now shows the dashboard views set for that portal. The portal’s views appear instead of each user’s own default views.

**Is past data corrected?**
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.

**How to check your shipment**
Sign in through the branded portal and open the dashboard. Confirm the expected views and tradeflows appear, and containers are listed. If the dashboard is still empty or views are missing, contact support.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
