Dashboard tabs are the view tabs in a blueprint. Blueprints let administrators control which dashboard view tabs appear for users across the organization. Users cannot permanently delete shared views; they can reorder tabs. A blueprint can be removed by clicking Delete, but the default Dockflow blueprint cannot be edited or deleted.

To make a blueprint the default for managed entities:

1. Go to Settings, Organisation, Theme and Branding.
2. Select the blueprint you want to enforce before you change the default setting.
3. Toggle Default for Managed Entities to ON.
4. Confirm the enforcement action.

Selecting the blueprint first is the step the documentation gives before the default toggle. This sets the chosen blueprint as the default for managed entities.

**Example**
An administrator needs one set of tabs for managed entities. They open Settings, Organisation, Theme and Branding. They select the Operations blueprint, toggle Default for Managed Entities to ON, and confirm. If the blueprint is no longer needed, they click Delete to remove it. The default Dockflow blueprint stays.
