The documented options are to share existing flags with partners or to create flags and automations in the partner account.

To share an existing flag, go to Automations, open the Flags tab, and toggle the flag from Private to Shared. When a flag is set to Shared, all partners on the tradeflow can see it.

To create flags in a partner account, go to Settings → Partners, locate the partner, and click Login as Partner if you have delegated access. In the partner account, go to Automations → Flags and create the flag. Then go to Automations → Overview, create an automation, and use Set Flag for Container as the action.

Configure notifications in the partner account. Sharing a flag does not create notifications automatically. Partners must grant delegated access through their organization settings.

**Example**
A forwarder wants a new partner to see ETA change and discharge flags. The forwarder toggles those flags to Shared for tradeflows the partner can access. For partner-specific alerts, the forwarder uses delegated access to log in as the partner, creates the flags and automations in the partner account, and configures notifications there.
