**Status:** Fixed since June 2025

**How to recognise it**
When you searched the dashboard by carrier name, you saw no results or results that did not match the shipment you expected. Using filters found the records. The records were present, but carrier name search did not surface them correctly.

**Which shipments this affects**
Sea shipments when you searched the dashboard by carrier name. Filtering the same records still found them.

**What changed**
Dashboard search by carrier name now returns matching sea shipment records. You can search by carrier name and see the records that filters already found.

**Is past data corrected?**
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.

**How to check your shipment**
Open the dashboard, search by carrier name, and compare the results with the same search using filters. If carrier name search still returns no or non-matching results, contact support with the carrier name and the filters you used.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
