**Status:** Fixed since November 2026

**How to recognise it**
While the problem existed, a tradeflow that had been closed could show as open again. Files that had already been handled could appear as new imports. This could happen without any new customer action and could affect older shipment records.

**Which shipments this affects**
Shipments with previously imported files and closed tradeflows.

**What changed**
Closed tradeflows stay closed. Files already handled are not imported again. Existing history is not imported by default; it must be requested. If an import cannot be completed, it is delayed and nothing is replayed.

**Is past data corrected?**
No. The fix applies to new events; earlier events keep their original wording.

**How to check your shipment**
Check the tradeflow status and the list of imported files for the shipment. Contact support if a closed tradeflow is open again, or if files that were already handled appear as new imports. Include the tradeflow details and what you see.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing for existing shipments. For a new connection with existing history, request the history import if it is needed.
