# CO2 emission data missing for arrived shipments

**Status:** Fixed since July 2026

**How to recognise it**  
While the problem existed, arrived shipments with automatic CO2 calculation enabled showed no CO2 data in the Sustainability tab. Total carbon emission on a shipment showed 0.00 tons even though the vessel had already arrived and tracking was complete. Extracted reports could show shipments with no km and CO2 calculation.

**Which shipments this affects**  
Arrived shipments on accounts with an active CO2 automation. It did not affect every shipment on those accounts; only a subset was missed.

**What changed**  
CO2 emission values now appear for arrived shipments when automatic calculation after arrival is enabled. Affected shipments show values in the Sustainability tab after arrival.

**Is past data corrected?**  
No. The fix applies from that month on; earlier data stays as it was.

**How to check your shipment**  
Open an arrived shipment and check the Sustainability tab. If CO2 values are still missing, contact support with the shipment details.

**Do you need to do anything?**  
Nothing.
