**Status:** Fixed since March 2026

**How to recognise it**
You saw a completed shipment keep following the container’s new journey instead of ending at the final port of discharge. The shipment could show a later journey of the same container, with ports that had nothing to do with your order, and its own container data could disappear.

**Which shipments this affects**
Completed shipments whose container had later events after an actual empty return.

**Cause**
Container reuse: a new export booking on the same container after its empty return.

**What changed**
A container’s later events no longer reopen a completed transport plan. The shipment now ends at the final port of discharge.

**Is past data corrected?**
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.

**How to check your shipment**
Open a completed shipment and check that tracking ends at the final port of discharge. Check that no later journey of the container appears on it. If a later journey still appears, contact support with the reference.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
