# Containers showed no container type or size code

**Status:** Fixed since November 2025

**How to recognise it**  
The container type or size code field stayed empty even though the container number and its type were known. Some containers showed a type error on the container type. Containers of the same known type could show different results: one had a type, another stayed empty. This could happen on several containers in the same shipment.

**Which shipments this affects**  
This affected containers that had no type yet. Containers that already had a type were not affected.

**What changed**  
Containers that had no type now show the container type and size code. The field is filled for those containers, so the type and size code are visible in Dockflow.

**Is past data corrected?**  
No. The fix applies from that month on; earlier data stays as it was.

**How to check your shipment**  
Open a shipment and look at each container’s type and size code field. If the field is still empty, contact support with the shipment details and the container numbers that are missing a type.

**Do you need to do anything?**  
Nothing.
