**Status:** Fixed since September 2024

**How to recognise it**
In an Excel export or daily report, you saw an ATA for a shipment that had not arrived yet. The shipment dashboard showed no ATA for the same shipment.

**Which shipments this affects**
Excel exports and daily reports for shipments that had not arrived yet. The dashboard showed the correct data and was not affected.

**What changed**
Excel exports now show ATA and ATS only when the vessel arrival or departure is actual. The ATA and ATS columns now match the dashboard.

**Is past data corrected?**
No. The fix applies from that month on; earlier data stays as it was.

**How to check your shipment**
Open the shipment dashboard and compare its ATA and ATS with the Excel export or daily report. If an export still shows an actual date while the dashboard shows none, contact support.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
