To stop an old forwarder from seeing shared tradeflows, disconnect that partner in Settings → Partners. Go to Settings, then Partners. Find the partner. Click the three-dot menu. Select Disconnect Partner. Confirm disconnection.

Disconnecting immediately revokes the partner’s access to all shared tradeflows. It removes the partner from your Partners list. It does not delete the tradeflows themselves. It does not notify the partner automatically, so consider informing them directly.

To check sharing at tradeflow level, open the tradeflow and use the Partners tab. A troubleshooting step is to remove the partner from the tradeflow.

If the old forwarder is a duplicate entity that was merged, the old entity may remain visible after a merge. That is normal and does not affect access.

**Example**
A shipper changes forwarders and still sees the old forwarder on shared tradeflows. The shipper opens Settings → Partners, finds the old forwarder, clicks the three-dot menu, selects Disconnect Partner and confirms. The old forwarder loses access to all shared tradeflows and is removed from the Partners list; the tradeflows remain.
