Share a tradeflow after the partner connection exists. Before sharing tradeflows, verify the partner organization exists in Dockflow and establish a connection. If the partner doesn’t appear in your list, click + Add Partner.

1. Open the tradeflow you want to share.
2. Use the Partners tab, click + Add Partner, and search and select the partner organization.
3. Set View Only or Edit, then save.

The partner then sees only the tradeflows shared with them. View Only shows tradeflow details, tracking updates and documents read-only. Edit also allows updating information, adding notes, uploading documents and modifying custom fields. All documents uploaded to a tradeflow are visible to all partners. Shared flags are visible to all partners involved in the corresponding tradeflow.

**Example**
A forwarder connects a supplier as a partner, opens one tradeflow, adds the supplier with View Only, and saves. The supplier sees that tradeflow’s details, tracking updates and documents read-only. The supplier does not see the forwarder’s other tradeflows.
