Most of the time the shipments are still there but have become inactive. The dashboard shows active shipments by default.

Dockflow closes a shipment automatically at the end of its journey, for example a week after all its containers have been returned empty, or when no tracking data could be found for it. Inactive shipments keep all their data; they are simply hidden from the default view.

To find them:

1. Open the Dashboard.
2. Click Filter.
3. Select both Active and Inactive, or Inactive only.
4. Click Apply, then search by reference, container number or bill of lading.

To bring a shipment back into the active list:

1. Open the shipment.
2. Open its Actions or Status menu.
3. Choose Reactivate.

If you often need to see closed shipments, save a view with the Active and Inactive filter switched on.

If the shipment cannot be found even with both filters on, check that you are logged in to the right account. If someone uploaded it under another company or partner, it will not show on yours. Contact support with the reference if it is still missing.

**Example**
A shipment disappears a week after its last container went back empty. Open Filter, select Active and Inactive, click Apply and search for the container number. The shipment appears with all its events. Leave it inactive if transport is complete. If it was closed while transport was still running, reactivate it and check which containers belong to it.
