# Old purchase orders that had already sailed appeared again for approval

**Status:** Fixed since August 2026

**How to recognise it**  
While the problem existed, purchase orders that had already sailed could show up as sailings waiting for approval. No supplier or forwarder had resent them. They appeared without any new submission. The approval task looked current even though the sailing was old.

**Which shipments this affects**  
Purchase orders that had already sailed and were on workflows with steps not yet reached.

**What changed**  
Old sailed purchase orders no longer appear as waiting for approval. Steps not yet reached show as closed Upcoming, and wrongly opened tasks on affected workflows are gone.

**Is past data corrected?**  
Yes. Shipments affected before the fix were re-evaluated.

**How to check your shipment**  
Open the purchase order and its workflow. Confirm that an old sailed order is not listed as waiting for approval. If it still is, contact support.

**Do you need to do anything?**  
Nothing.
