**Status:** Fixed since October 2026

**How to recognise it**
An Arkas or Hapag-Lloyd loading or departure planned for the next morning was shown as done the evening before.

**Which shipments this affects**
Arkas and Hapag-Lloyd events dated up to a day ahead, such as a loading planned for the next morning. Events already in the past were not affected. At a port whose time zone is not known, the event still follows what the carrier reports.

**Cause**
Arkas reports its latest status in local time without saying whether it has happened, and Hapag-Lloyd can mark a step as done ahead of its planned time.

**What changed**
An event from these carriers is now shown as done only once its time has actually passed. Until then it is shown as an estimate.

**Is past data corrected?**
No. The fix applies to new events; earlier events keep their original wording.

**How to check your shipment**
Read the first letter of the date label: E means estimated and A means actual, as in ETS and ATS. A planned loading or departure should show as an estimate until its time has passed, then as actual at the next check. If an actual is dated well in the future, send support the shipment reference.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
