**Status:** Fixed since July 2025

**How to recognise it**
While the problem existed, you could upload a container that had shipped before. The new shipment did not show tracking because an old reference from the earlier shipment still held the container. The container appeared inactive or unavailable for the new shipment.

**Which shipments this affects**
Shipments that reused a container from an earlier shipment after re-upload.

**What changed**
A previously used container can now be tracked on a new shipment. An old reference from the earlier shipment no longer blocks the container. The new shipment can show tracking for that container.

**Is past data corrected?**
No. The fix applies from that month on; earlier data stays as it was.

**How to check your shipment**
Open the new shipment and check that the container shows tracking on the shipment screen. If it still does not appear, contact support.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
