**Status:** Fixed since June 2026

**How to recognise it**
A tradeflow showed a sea leg between two ports as a truck journey. The port of loading and departure date were wrong.

**Which shipments this affects**
Shipments with a sea leg between two ports followed by onward loading at another port.

**What changed**
The tradeflow now shows the real port of loading and the correct departure date. The first sea leg is no longer shown as truck or rail pre-carriage.

**Is past data corrected?**
No. The fix applies from that month on; earlier data stays as it was.

**How to check your shipment**
Open the tradeflow for a shipment with a sea leg between two ports. Check that the sea leg is not shown as a truck journey and that the port of loading is the real loading port, not a transshipment port. Contact support if the port of loading or departure date is still wrong.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
