**Status:** Fixed since November 2026 **How to recognise it** After a bill of lading or booking reference was removed, the shipment status could stay unchanged. The related report could also stay the same. Staff could see a removal that did not show up in the shipment status. **Which shipments this affects** This affected shipments where a bill of lading or booking reference was removed. The removal could be missed in the shipment status. **What changed** Removing a bill of lading or booking reference now refreshes the shipment status as intended. The related report now updates for the removal. The shipment view shows the result of the removal. No extra step is needed. **Is past data corrected?** No. The fix applies to new events; earlier events keep their original wording. **How to check your shipment** After removing a bill of lading or booking reference, open the shipment and confirm the status and related report reflect the removal. If the status or report still looks wrong, contact support. For removals made earlier, check the shipment and contact support if it still looks wrong. **Do you need to do anything?** Nothing for new removals. Contact support if an older removal still looks wrong.
