**Status:** Fixed since August 2026

**How to recognise it**
While the issue existed, you could sign in successfully and then be signed out as soon as the app opened. The Action Center could sign you out. Opening a tradeflow that had already been deleted could also sign you out, even when the screen said the tradeflow did not exist. Some users could not stay signed in at all.

**Which shipments this affects**
Any user opening the Action Center or a deleted tradeflow could see this.

**What changed**
Dockflow now keeps you signed in after a successful sign-in. An authorisation error from a data screen no longer signs you out or clears your session. Opening a deleted tradeflow now shows not found or forbidden instead of signing you out.

**Is past data corrected?**
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.

**How to check your shipment**
Sign in and open the Action Center. If you stay signed in, the fix is working. Open a tradeflow that no longer exists. If you see not found or forbidden and stay signed in, the fix is working. Contact support if you are still signed out after a successful sign-in or after opening the Action Center.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
