**Status:** Fixed since September 2024

**How to recognise it**
While the problem existed, you could submit a suggested sailing with a departure date later than its arrival date. The form accepted an ETS later than the ETA. The same date order could be entered on a booked sailing. The form did not stop it.

**Which shipments this affects**
Suggested sailings and booked sailings entered through the suggest-sailing and book-sailing forms.

**What changed**
The suggest-sailing and book-sailing forms now stop an arrival date that is earlier than the sailing date. You cannot submit a suggested or booked sailing with that date order.

**Is past data corrected?**
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.

**How to check your shipment**
Open the suggest-sailing form or the book-sailing form. Enter a sailing date and an arrival date that is earlier. The form should stop the entry. Do the same on the other form. Contact support if either form still accepts an arrival date earlier than the sailing date.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
