The Dockflow Community at [community.dockflow.com](http://community.dockflow.com) (“the Community”) is run by Dockflow BV, The Beacon, Sint-Pietersvliet 7, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium ([hello@dockflow.com](mailto:hello@dockflow.com)). By creating an account or posting, you agree to these terms.

**1. What the Community is.** A public place for questions and answers about Dockflow, and a public log of data issues Dockflow has fixed (“Fix ledger”). It is not a support channel with guaranteed response times. Customers with a support agreement keep their normal support channels.

**2. Accounts.** You can sign up with an email address or log in with your Dockflow account. You may post under a pseudonym or anonymously. You are responsible for activity on your account.

**3. What you post.** Posts are public, indexed by search engines and automatically translated into other languages. Do not post:

- container, BL or booking numbers, or other shipment details you are not entitled to make public;
- names or data of your customers, suppliers or other third parties without their consent;
- passwords, API keys or other credentials;
- unlawful, abusive or misleading content, spam or advertising.

You keep the rights to your posts and give Dockflow a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and quote them on and around the Community, including in Dockflow’s documentation and support answers.

**4. Moderation.** Dockflow may edit, hide or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these terms, without prior notice. Posts may be removed after publication; copies already made by search engines or archives are outside Dockflow’s control.

**5. Content from Dockflow.** Posts by the Dockflow account (including the Fix ledger) are written with the help of AI and reviewed by Dockflow. They describe the platform at the time of posting and may become outdated; such posts can carry a “may be outdated” mark. Nothing in the Community changes your contract with Dockflow.

**6. No warranty, liability.** The Community is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Dockflow is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of Community content.

**7. Changes.** Dockflow may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

**8. Law.** Belgian law applies. Courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
