**Status:** Fixed since April 2026

**How to recognise it**
You saw a vessel schedule event date that did not match the actual departure or arrival date on the shipment. The date could be far off from the correct departure or arrival event date. The dossier showed data from an older voyage of the same vessel.

**Which shipments this affects**
Shipments where the vessel event was linked to a different voyage of the same vessel.

**What changed**
The shipment’s actual departure or arrival date now stays with its own voyage. A vessel schedule date from another voyage no longer replaces it. The dossier keeps the correct date for the voyage.

**Is past data corrected?**
No. The fix applies from that month on; earlier data stays as it was.

**How to check your shipment**
Open the shipment dossier. Compare the vessel schedule event date with the actual departure or arrival date. If they still differ, contact support.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
