# When do missing-document flags for suppliers become active, do they work without a container number, and can I get a weekly report instead of a daily one?

Document flags count from the planned departure date, so they can work on a supplier file with no container number. Each required document has its own flag, and that flag clears when the document is uploaded.

1. Timing: Dockflow counts document flags from the planned departure date. The flag does not need a container number and can work on a file that has no container assigned yet.

2. Per-document flags: Each required document has its own flag. The help page lists invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis and sea waybill as documents that each carry their own flag. The flag disappears automatically as soon as that document is uploaded.

3. Weekly report: For flag notifications, each flag uses either Direct Email or Daily Report. A Daily Report is sent once daily. To get a weekly summary instead, set up a scheduled report on a dashboard view. Scheduled reports export the selected view and can be set to a weekly day.

**Example**  
A supplier file has no container yet. The planned departure date is set. Dockflow counts the document flags from that date. Invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis and sea waybill each have a flag. When one document is uploaded, its flag clears. The team uses a weekly scheduled dashboard report to review the remaining flags.
