The empty cells are not a column permission problem. Every account is offered every column, and a column shows – until the thing behind it exists for that shipment. Empty is a statement about the shipment, not about the column.

The Tradeflows view lists all created tradeflows for your entity. The Containers view shows individual container-level details rather than shipment-level summaries. Use the Containers view when you need container-level detail.

For discharge, the dashboard lists Container Discharge at Terminal. To add columns, go to Dashboard → Views → Edit Columns, check the columns you need, and click Apply.

Free-days columns depend on a free time rule you have configured. If a column stays empty across every shipment and none of the listed dependencies explains it, contact support with the column name and one reference.

**Example**
A forwarder opens a dashboard tab that lists shipments and adds a free-days column. The cells stay empty. The tab is showing tradeflows, not individual containers. The forwarder opens the Containers view, edits columns, and checks the free-time rule behind the column. If no rule is configured for that shipment, the cell remains --.
