After you add a column in Edit columns, use Apply to save your changes. In the dashboard, open Views and select Edit columns, check the column you want, and click Apply. To save the view itself, open the View menu, select Save & Edit view, configure columns and filters, give the view a descriptive name, and click Save. The saved view then appears in the Views dropdown. If Save is unavailable, the view is not yours to change, and the button shows a permissions tooltip. A standard view that came with Dockflow stays read-only. In that case, Save as new view always works and makes you the owner of your own copy, which you can then save normally.

**Example**
A logistics staff member opens Views, selects Edit columns, and adds an extra column. They click Apply to save the column change. To keep that setup as a view, they open View, choose Save & Edit view, name it, and click Save. If Save is unavailable on a standard view, they use Save as new view and save their own copy.
