**Status:** Fixed since April 2026

**How to recognise it**
While the problem existed, a workflow step header could show a higher total of pending items than the shipments displayed under it. You might see pending bookings or schedules in the counter that were not in the opened list. The list could look complete while the counter still suggested more work.

**Which shipments this affects**
Shipments in workflow steps where a task’s tradeflow had been deleted. The counter could include those tasks while the opened list left them out.

**What changed**
The workflow step counter now matches the pending items listed when you open the step. The counter no longer shows pending items that are missing from the opened list.

**Is past data corrected?**
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.

**How to check your shipment**
Open a workflow step and compare the counter with the pending items shown. If the counter still shows more pending items than the list, contact support.

**Do you need to do anything?**
Nothing.
