How to recognise it
After you logged in, the dashboard stayed on the loading screen and did not render. In some cases the loading ran endlessly, then stopped with an error message. In some cases you could not get into the platform at all. The problem was dashboard access after login.

What changed
A failed dashboard search now ends the loading screen and shows a failure message with a button to try again. A saved view that fails to load no longer stops the dashboard search from running.
Is past data corrected?
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.
How to check your shipment
Log in and open the dashboard. It should finish loading and show the dashboard. If it still stays on the loading screen, contact support.
Do you need to do anything?
Nothing.
