To show free days on a client dashboard view, add the free-days column to that view and make sure a matching free time rule has a free-days value.
- Open Dashboard → Views → Edit Columns.
- Check the free-days column to show it. Uncheck columns you do not need.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
- If Save is unavailable because the view is not yours to change, use Save as new view. That makes you the owner of your own copy, which you can then save normally.
- The free-days column depends on a free time rule you have configured. Set the number of free days in Dwell Center. Last free day is derived from the free days on the matching rule.
If the column stays empty, check that a matching rule carries a free-days value. Dockflow treats an empty value the same as no rule.
Example
A forwarder wants a client dashboard view to show free days. They open Dashboard → Views → Edit Columns, check the free-days column, and click Apply. Save is unavailable because the view is not theirs to change, so they use Save as new view. In Dwell Center they confirm the matching rule has a free-days value. The column can then show the free days for shipments that match that rule.
