How to recognise it
In the scheduled daily report email, your own reference numbers were missing. The row showed the container reference alone, so the email did not look as it usually did. You may have noticed that your usual references were not mentioned.

What changed
The daily report email again shows your own reference number as the row title, with the container reference beneath it.
Is past data corrected?
Nothing to correct: the change affects how new data is read.
How to check your shipment
Open a scheduled daily report email for a shipment and check that your own reference appears as the row title, with the container reference below it. If your own reference is missing from that email, contact support.

Nothing.
